The project that was carried out redeveloped and improved the structure with particular attention to raising the acoustic requirements of the rooms and improving the quality standards of the services offered. In particular, the flooring of the existing balconies was renewed with the installation of porcelain stoneware and the waterproofing of the same. Furthermore, steps were taken to update and innovate the management system for receiving and organizing orders from customers and rooms through the purchase of a specific tool.
Furthermore, steps were taken to replace some of the existing fixtures with new generation ones equipped with laminated thermal glass which guarantee, in addition to better thermal insulation and therefore greater comfort for guests, also an improvement in acoustic insulation, again to the advantage of guests. quality standards offered to customers, with the replacement of the fixtures renewed by the Funari Filippo company.
Another of the interventions carried out consists in the redevelopment of the terrace-solarium from which you can enjoy the magnificent panorama of the main peaks of the Sibillini Mountains through the replacement of the iron railing with a new generation one and in line with the accident prevention regulations in tempered/hardened glass carried out by the company Trobiani & Giannini srl as well as the renovation of the flooring with the installation of an outdoor porcelain stoneware covering; finally, a structure was created in laminated fir wood positioned on the terrace itself so as to make it more functional and usable by customers during all periods of the year, even in the winter months.
As regards improving accessibility, the business website was renewed as per the updated estimate from the BeeSoft srl company. Finally, some of the existing toilets were renovated, improving their usability characteristics and the installation of a solar thermal system for the production of domestic hot water aimed at saving energy by exploiting renewable sources. In conclusion, also for the purposes of greater security, a video surveillance system and a WiFi network have been installed throughout the entire structure as per the updated estimate released by the company M&P Sistemi snc. The redevelopment operation is completed by some interventions already carried out on the date of presentation of the project, such as the purchase of a retro bar cabinet (see invoice issued by the Arte e Legno company).
